Anyone can come to our daily classes. During this class, we teach personal growth tools that can help to improve goal setting, balancing areas of life, motivation, facing challenges, or developing communication skills. Guests can expect to learn a tool, followed by a guided discussion around the experience. The goal of this class is to develop skills that guests can apply in their daily routines to improve mental wellness.

Anyone can come to our daily classes. During this class, we teach mindfulness practices that can help to improve awareness and presence, tackle the inner critic, learn breathwork for relaxation, and decrease stress or racing thoughts. Guest can expect to learn the practice, followed by a guided discussion around the experience. The goal of this class is to develop resiliency to help guests navigate the ebbs and flows of life.
